Partners Personnel is seeking a dependable Machine / Press Operator with strong attention to detail to join a production team in Kent. Put your machine operating experience to work producing quality adhesive coating products.

About the Position

You will operate slitter and adhesive coating equipment, load and unload large film rolls, and measure and cut materials to meet product specifications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and works well with a team.

What You'll Do

• Load, unload, and position large adhesive film rolls measuring 5+ feet in length.

• Operate slitter and adhesive coating machinery to apply film to non-stick backing.

• Measure and cut rolls accurately according to production specifications.

• Monitor equipment and inspect materials for quality and consistency.

• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers.

• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report malfunctions to your supervisor.

• Keep your work area clean and organized while following safety procedures and wearing required PPE.

• Work with team members to meet daily production goals.

What You'll Bring

• At least 1 year of experience operating machinery or slitter equipment.

• Ability to read a tape measure and measure materials accurately.

• Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.

• Dependable attendance and a steady, responsible work ethic.

• Ability to work the scheduled overnight shift.

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods.

Preferred experience: Printing, compounding, or extrusion processes.
