Machine Operator / Production Associate – 1st Shift Location: Strongsville, OH Pay: $18/hour Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We’re hiring a Machine Operator in Strongsville for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great fit for someone who’s detail-oriented, comfortable with measurements, and ready to jump into a steady, hands-on role.
What You’ll Do:
Set up and run slitting machines
Install blades, spacers, and tooling for each job
Monitor machines and make adjustments as needed
Read production schedules and specs
Measure materials using rulers and gauges
Inspect product for quality and consistency
Keep your work area clean and safe
What You Bring:
Machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to read a ruler and work with fractions (math test required)
Strong attention to detail
Able to work at a steady, fast pace
Basic computer skills
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
