Machine Operator / Production Associate – 1st Shift
Location: Strongsville, OH
Pay: $18/hour
Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We’re hiring a Machine Operator in Strongsville for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great fit for someone who’s detail-oriented, comfortable with measurements, and ready to jump into a steady, hands-on role.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and run slitting machines
- Install blades, spacers, and tooling for each job
- Monitor machines and make adjustments as needed
- Read production schedules and specs
- Measure materials using rulers and gauges
- Inspect product for quality and consistency
- Keep your work area clean and safe
What You Bring:
- Machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read a ruler and work with fractions (math test required)
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work at a steady, fast pace
- Basic computer skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
