Machine Operator / Production Associate – 12 Hour Shifts
Location: Elyria, OH
Pay: $18 – $20/hour
Work just 15 days a month — with every other weekend off.
We’re hiring Production Operators for a clean, well-run manufacturing facility in Elyria. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady work, strong pay, and a schedule that gives you more time off than most jobs.
No experience? We’ll train you.
Shift:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
2-2-3 rotating schedule (built-in long weekends)
What You’ll Do:
- Operate production and extrusion equipment
- Assist with startups, reel changes, and product handling
- Perform quality checks and make adjustments as needed
- Track production and maintain accurate records
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
What You Bring:
- Manufacturing or machine experience is a plus (not required)
- Comfortable working a 12-hour rotating schedule
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable and ready to work as part of a team
