Job Title: Machine Operator - Production - Entry Level

Pay: Starting at $18/hour Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused individuals to join our growing production teams. We are looking to fill positions on both 1st and 3rd shift. Our shifts are 6a-6p or 6p-6a. What You’ll Do: - Load and unload plastic raw materials into production machines
- Use a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
- Keep production running by ensuring machines stay supplied
- Work independently to meet production goals
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
What We’re Looking For: - Forklift experience (or willingness to learn)
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule: - 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am)
- Every other weekend required
- Overtime built into every other week
