    Job Title: Machine Operator - Production - Entry Level
    Location: Painesville, OH
    Job Type: Full-Time
    Pay: Starting at $18/hour 
     
    Overview:
    We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused individuals to join our growing production teams.  We are looking to fill positions on both 1st and 3rd shift.  Our shifts are 6a-6p or 6p-6a.
     
    What You’ll Do:
    • Load and unload plastic raw materials into production machines
    • Use a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
    • Keep production running by ensuring machines stay supplied
    • Work independently to meet production goals
    • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
    What We’re Looking For:
    • Forklift experience (or willingness to learn)
    • Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
    • Dependable and able to work independently
    • Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
    Schedule:
    • 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am)
    • Every other weekend required
    • Overtime built into every other week
