All Shifts ($16–$20/hr)

We are expanding our team and hiring Production and Machine Operators for all shifts. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to grow within a stable manufacturing environment and develop hands-on technical skills.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor production or machining equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow production guidelines and quality standards
• Assist with basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leads

What We’re Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Willingness to work any assigned shift

Pay & Schedule

• $16–$20 per hour, based on experience
• All shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)
