Location: Putnam, CT

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule: (1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM) (2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) (3rd Shift | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Requirements:

• Knowledge of operating machinery and material handling
• Must be able to move drums of liquid adhesive using a dolly
• Steel-toe shoes
• Able to work up to a 12-hour shift

Job Duties:

• Operate and adjust coating and laminating machines to ensure proper adhesive application.
• Monitor machine performance and coating quality, making real-time adjustments.
• Perform product changeovers, machine setup, and cleanups to maximize efficiency.
• Mix and prepare adhesive formulations using mechanical equipment.
• Inspect products for quality defects and ensure production standards are met.
• Use material handling equipment (forklifts, hoists, pallet jacks) to move materials.
• Work safely with industrial chemicals and solvents (MEK, Toluene).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and assist with laminating operations and production support.
• Follow all safety procedures, hazardous waste protocols, and manufacturing guidelines.
