Job Duties

• Operating coil winding machines, robotic welders, pneumatic/hydraulic crimping tools,
• Preparing coils
• Assembling components
• Maintaining quality and safety standards

Experience Requirements

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read work instructions, drawings, and specifications
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills
• Willingness to train on 1st shift and transition to 2nd shift

Preferred Experience: Prior work history in a manufacturing setting

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs. (lift assist for heavier items)
• Good hand dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks

What You Will Do

As a Machine Operator, you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products in accordance with production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

A Machine Operator supports manufacturing by safely operating production equipment while maintaining product quality, efficiency, and workplace safety. This position combines mechanical ability with dependable work habits to help organizations produce reliable finished products.
