FieldBridge is looking for a Machine Operator in Rancho Cucamonga, CA to work for the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.
Pay is $19/hr (Plus a $1.00 shift differential) | 2nd Shift: 2:30PM–11:00PM | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime available | Earn for example ~$1,100/week gross at 50hrs with OT
Position Overview The Machine Operator supports safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to customers. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining shop and field equipment in accordance with established procedures and competency standards. The Machine Operator also contributes to continuous improvement efforts within the manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment in accordance with procedures, competency levels, and job requirements
- Plan and execute maintenance activities for a designated location and report any problems or deviations
- Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery processes
- Participate in failure investigations and apply Manufacturing System tools to drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow operational procedures and safety protocols
- Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to equipment care
- Ability to work 2nd shift schedule (2:30PM–11:00PM)
- Team-oriented with effective communication skills
