Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
The Machine Operator performs production duties associated with manufacturing springs of various types and sizes. This position operates production equipment, performs quality inspections, and follows established work instructions to produce products that meet customer specifications. Candidates must possess a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work well with others.
Responsibilities
+ Lift, move, and handle raw materials and finished products.
+ Follow shop floor orders, work instructions, and established manufacturing procedures.
+ Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to verify products meet quality standards.
+ Identify nonconforming products and notify the appropriate supervisor.
+ Test spring dimensions, initial tension, and load requirements, as applicable.
+ Set up and operate CNC Machine, Torsion Machine, and Extension Machine.
+ Operate Acetylene Torch, Trim Press, Looping Machine, PYRO Stress Relief Oven, and Di-Arco Wire Bending Machine.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
