Riverside, CA

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shift: Tuesday - Friday (4 10-hour shifts)

What You'll Need

• 1+ years of food manufacturing experience
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machines according to standard operating procedures
• Set up machines at the start of shift and adjust settings during production as needed
• Load packaging materials and ensure correct product flow
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet food safety and quality standards
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report any malfunctions to maintenance or supervision
• Accurately complete production, downtime, and quality documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food‑safe work area
• Follow all GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and company safety guidelines
• Work efficiently to meet production goals and minimize downtime
• Assist with general production and sanitation duties as required
