$21.32 per hour
2nd and 3rd Shift
Position Overview: In this role, you will support foundry operations by performing a variety of hands-on tasks and learning multiple production processes. Youll receive on-the-job training and have opportunities to expand your skillset across different machines and work areas. Key Responsibilities:
Grinding and polishing metal castings
Assisting with machine operation and production equipment
Scooping and handling sand materials
Cleaning work areas and equipment
Performing basic quality inspections and audits
Training to operate multiple machines to support continuous production
