Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Rockville, MD

Pay Rate: $21 - $23 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator to support daily production needs within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating machinery, producing customer parts, creating casts, and working with melted plastics to form required shapes. The position is primarily seated and repetitive, suitable for someone who enjoys simple, consistent tasks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment efficiently while meeting daily output standards
• Ensure a clean and safe work area in compliance with company rules and regulations
• Inspect parts and maintain high-quality standards with strong attention to detail
• Follow established safety protocols at all times
• Take verbal instructions and perform tasks as directed
• Perform additional duties as required

Required Skills & Abilities

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Strong eye-hand coordination
• Ability to focus while performing repetitive tasks
• Fast and methodical work style
• Good communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Coordinated hand use for equipment operation
• Ability to sit
