Job Title: Wire Manufacturing Machine Operator
Location:  Rome City Indiana
Shift: First Shift
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay: $15.00 per hour
We are hiring a dependable Machine Operator to support production in a wire manufacturing environment. This position plays an important role in ensuring wire products are produced accurately and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring wire processing equipment used to cut, strip, and prepare wire for assembly and production. This includes loading raw wire materials, setting machine parameters based on production specifications, and ensuring machines run smoothly throughout the shift.
Employees will inspect materials and finished products for quality, make minor adjustments to machines as needed, and report any equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance. Operators will also assist with measuring wire lengths, maintaining proper material flow, and keeping the work area clean and organized.
