Position Title:
Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

• Set up production machinery before each shift.
• Operate assigned machinery and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal performance and production speed.
• Perform routine light maintenance and promptly report equipment issues.
• Package and process frozen food according to USDA, FDA, BRC, and company quality and food safety standards.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and production procedures.
• Work efficiently in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Associates must arrive on time and remain for their entire scheduled shift.

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 6:45am-3pm.
• Overtime and weekends as needed.
• Overtime is paid at time and a half.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a refrigerated environment (35-40 degrees).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Ability and willingness to work required overtime and occasional weekends.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in factory, warehouse, and refrigerated environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced production setting.

Compensation:

• Starting at $17 per hour
