• 8-hour and 12-hour rotating shifts

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours and climb steps
• Must be able to wear a respirator if required
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment

What Youll Do as a Machine Operator

• Set up and operate machinery according to SOPs and specifications
• Monitor and adjust machine settings such as speed, temperature, and pressure
• Inspect materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment cleaning
• Perform barcode scanning and tracking functions as needed
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards
• Operate forklifts or tuggers as required
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Complete additional duties as assigned
