Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Post-secondary vocational training or education in industrial trades is a plus

Experience Requirements

• 1-3 years of machine operator experience in a machining or high-tech manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience reading blueprints and following manufacturing specifications
• Basic computer skills in a Windows-based environment
• Experience with process improvement and safety practices preferred

Job Duties

• Follow documented production procedures to complete daily work assignments
• Work closely with the engineering team on new manufacturing processes
• Load fixtures and make machine or process adjustments as needed
• Inspect parts using microscopes to identify quality issues
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure products meet specifications
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Set up jobs and production runs as assigned
• Maintain a safe work environment by following company procedures and regulations
• Participate in training and continuous learning opportunities

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to use microscopes and inspect small components with attention to detail
• Ability to safely handle materials and equipment as required

What You Will Do

As a Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
