Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Machine Operators/Saw Operators for a growing manufacturing company in Norwalk that has been producing quality products for over 40 years. Shift
2nd Shift: 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM

Pay
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Based on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment

• Industrial manufacturing facility
• Fast-paced, hands-on production environment
• Exposure to lightweight, non-fiberglass insulation materials
• Dusty environment typical of fabrication operations

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual and computerized saw equipment
• Read work orders and cut materials to precise customer specifications
• Accurately measure materials using a tape measure
• Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed
• Perform routine machine checks and maintain a safe work area
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure is required
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude
• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work safely in a physically active manufacturing environment
