Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking a dependable Machine Operator / Screw Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Tulsa. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring screw machines to produce quality parts while maintaining production schedules, safety standards, and equipment efficiency.

Required Experience & Skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to read measuring tools and follow written work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards



Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor screw machine production throughout the shift
• Load raw materials into machines and perform basic machine adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality specifications and production standards
• Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel
• Maintain production output while following established work instructions and schedules
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing policies
• Assist with additional production and machine operation duties as assigned



Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience operating screw machines or similar manufacturing equipment
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, or other precision measuring tools
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality inspection procedures



Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive hand movements throughout the shift
• Ability to safely work around production machinery while wearing required PPE
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
