Machine Operator

Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator for each equipment. This is an entry-level, full-time on-site positions located in Sidney, OH. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the production line, maintaining quality standards, and following safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Operate the coating/slurry/slitting equipment and follow process guidelines to ensure products meet quality standards. Monitor the production line and assist in resolving any issues to keep operations running smoothly. Conduct routine inspections and immediately address or report any safety or quality concerns. Complete and maintain accurate production records and documentation as required. Perform cycle cleaning of equipment as required. Maintain a clean and organized work area/warehouse. Follow all company safety policies and report any unsafe conditions or incidents. Identify equipment issues and notify the supervisor or team leader for repairs. Be willing to assist in other departments or complete additional tasks as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience in machine operating or manufacturing is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. May involve lifting, bending, and exposure to a manufacturing environment. Compliance with all safety and production regulations the company requires.
