Machine Operator-site tour

FieldBridge is looking for a Machine Operator in Rancho Cucamonga, California, to work for the world's largest oilfield service company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay/Schedule: $20/hr, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday. With great opportunity for overtime, for example at 50 hours/week, earn weekly payments of $1,100.00 gross.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Machine Operator to help provide safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to customers. In this role, you will operate and maintain shop equipment, support day-to-day production activities, and help identify opportunities to improve the service delivery process. No previous experience is required, though prior machine operation experience is welcomed and may qualify candidates for higher starting pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment according to procedures, competency levels, and job requirements
• Maintain equipment according to procedures, reporting problems or deviations
• Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings with crew members
• Plan and execute maintenance activities for the designated location
• Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• No prior experience required; previous machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to work 2nd shift hours (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)
• Strong safety awareness and willingness to follow all HSE procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
