As a Machine Operator / Slitter Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly. You'll be responsible for setting up and running slitting and other manufacturing machines, ensuring quality standards, and assisting with various production tasks. Work closely with your team to keep materials moving efficiently and safely.

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator / Slitter Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up and operating slitting and production machinery
• Loading raw materials and removing finished products
• Monitoring production quality and making basic adjustments
• Entering production data into the system accurately
• Assisting with troubleshooting minor machine issues
• Palletizing, finishing, capping, or packaging products as needed
• Cross-training across multiple production lines
• Lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
Production areas may include paper slitting, photo paper slitting, card slitting, finishing, capping, and palletizing.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 6 months of experience in machine operation, production, warehouse, or manufacturing
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts reliably
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Basic computer skills to input production data
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions
• Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
