Our client is a nationally recognized leader in the production and packaging of high-quality snack nuts, trail mixes, and consumer snack products. We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators on 1st (7am-3: 30pm) 2nd (3: 30pm-12am) & 3rd (12am-7: 30am) shift to join their manufacturing team at their Solon, Ohio facilities.

Position Summary
Machine Operators play a critical role in the production process by operating, monitoring, and maintaining food packaging equipment used to package consumer-ready snack products. Successful candidates will demonstrate mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing quality products in a safe and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor automated packaging and production equipment
  • Set up machinery and make routine operational adjustments as needed
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer specifications
  • Inspect packaging, labels, and finished products for accuracy and quality
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and notify maintenance personnel when necessary
  • Record production data and complete required documentation accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
  • Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform simple calculations
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is helpful but not required
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
