Machine Operators on
1st (7am-3: 30pm) 2nd (3: 30pm-12am) & 3rd (12am-7: 30am) shift to join their manufacturing team at their Solon, Ohio facilities.

Position Summary
Machine Operators play a critical role in the production process by operating, monitoring, and maintaining food packaging equipment used to package consumer-ready snack products. Successful candidates will demonstrate mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing quality products in a safe and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated packaging and production equipment
- Set up machinery and make routine operational adjustments as needed
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer specifications
- Inspect packaging, labels, and finished products for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and notify maintenance personnel when necessary
- Record production data and complete required documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
- Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic math skills and ability to perform simple calculations
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is helpful but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
