Pay: $16 per hour - Paid Weekly
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is ideal for candidates with prior manufacturing experience who are looking to build a career in electronics and learn Surface Mount Technology (SMT). Training will be provided on SMT equipment and processes.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup and operation of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) machines
Load feeders, components, and materials onto SMT equipment
Monitor machine performance and notify the team of any issues
Perform visual inspection of circuit boards for quality and defects
Follow work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures
Maintain production efficiency and quality standards
Keep the work area clean and organized
Support rework or touch-up processes as needed
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing, machine operation, production, or assembly experience required
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Basic computer skills
Preferred (but not required):
Experience with electronics assembly or SMT processes
Familiarity with IPC standards or soldering
Experience reading basic work instructions or prints
