Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Experience working with automated equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to troubleshoot minor production issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

• Operate and monitor automated bottling and packaging equipment
• Supply production lines with bottles, caps, and packaging materials
• Perform quality inspections throughout the production process
• Verify fill levels, labeling accuracy, and product integrity
• Inspect finished products for defects and compliance standards
• Assist with equipment adjustments, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting
• Package finished goods and prepare products for shipment
• Maintain production quotas while ensuring quality and accuracy
• Keep work areas clean and compliant with safety and GMP standards

Physical Capabilities

• Steel-toe boots required
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment

What You Will Do

As a Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
