Machine Operator – BMW Supplier | Spartanburg, SC
OpSource Staffing is currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator for a local BMW supplier in Spartanburg, SC. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment with competitive pay and available overtime.
Pay Rates:
- 1st Shift: $17.50/hr
- 2nd & 3rd Shift: $19.50/hr
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
- 6p-6a
- 6a-6p
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and perform assigned production tasks
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Identify and report production issues to leadership
- Label and pack finished products correctly
- Perform basic machine maintenance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical certification preferred
- Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
- Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read technical documents and instructions
- Understanding of quality and safety standards
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
