Machine Operator

Start your new career as a Machine Operator with MAU at Cooper Standard in Spartanburg, SC. As a Machine Operator, you will operate equipment to form, cut, shape, mold, and finish automotive component parts. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of manufacturing experience
• Basic math skills and the ability to read and follow instructions
• Good attendance, dexterity, and eye and hand coordination
• Flexibility to work overtime as required
• Ability to complete all aspects of training on the job in a timely manner

What You'll Do as a Machine Operator:

• Operate equipment which may include presses, cutting, staking and small mold equipment
• Possess ability to work well with others in a team environment
• Maintain established rate standards and documentation of utilization performance
• Maintain statistical quality data as outlined by control plans
• Maintain good housekeeping
• Follow all safety precautions, policies, and procedures
• Perform other tasks as assigned
