Penmac Staffing is hiring experienced
Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Spartanburg, SC. This is a great opportunity for candidates with production experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.Â
Pay: $23.91 per hour Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts
- 4 days on, 4 days off
- Rotating swing shift (approximately one month on days, then one month on nights)
Machine Operator Requirements- 2-3 years of machine operation or manufacturing experience
- Experience operating forklifts and can-lifting equipment
- Basic computer skills for data entry
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
Machine Operator Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Move materials throughout the facility
- Complete production and quality documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area
