This role ensures production runs efficiently while maintaining quality standards, monitoring equipment performance, and following all plant safety procedures.Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery used in the plastic manufacturing process. 
• Load, monitor, and process poly resin beads through production equipment. 
• Perform routine equipment inspections and make basic machine adjustments. 
• Monitor product quality and complete required quality checks. 
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate larger concerns to maintenance. 
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation. 
• Keep work areas clean and organized while following all housekeeping standards. 
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operating procedures at all times. 
• Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.
