Set up equipment load materials and verify proper machine settings before and during production runs. Inspect finished products and parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Identify machine issues perform basic troubleshooting and report maintenance needs to the appropriate team member. Follow all safety procedures work instructions and company policies while operating equipment. Keep the work area clean organized and free of safety hazards.This is a Full Time - Temp to Perm opportunity.The ideal Machine Operator candidate will have Previous machine operation manufacturing production or warehouse experience Ability to read and follow work instructions production schedules and safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality concerns or equipment issues. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine setup and troubleshooting processes. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment. Reliable attendance punctuality and commitment to meeting production expectations. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
