Days and standard hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, with frequent Saturdays and overtime as required.As a Smokehouse Operator, some essential functions will be;Must be able to lift over 50lbs repeatedly.Must be able to push and pull levered weight carts between 25 lbs. and 1,500 lbs.Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, reach, and grasp routinely throughout shift.Must safely use smokehouse cleaning chemicals & appropriate PPE to clean smokehouse ovens. Keeps work area neat, clean, and hazard-free. Consistent & reliable attendance.
