Machine Operator

FieldBridge is looking for a Machine Operator in Sugar Land, TX to work for the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

$21.50/hour | M-F 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM) | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime available as needed | At $21.50/hr and 50 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,182.50 gross.

Important Notes: High School Diploma or GED required. Weekend work may be needed based on operational demands. SAP proficiency required.Position Overview
The Machine Operator supports safe, efficient, and reliable equipment operation and product delivery for our client's manufacturing site. This role focuses on SMT equipment operation, PCB assembly, and maintaining quality standards on the production line.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate SMT equipment including screen printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens
• Assemble and solder printed circuit boards according to design drawings
• Perform equipment maintenance and report problems or deviations
• Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings with crew members
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and support continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with screen printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens
• Ability to identify electronic components and read design drawings
• Computer proficiency, including SAP
• Ability to follow standard procedures
• Available for 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, with weekend work as needed
