Job Title: Machine Operator
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Hours: Monday Thursday, 3:00PM 1:30AM

As a Machine Operator, you'll support daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency are prioritized. Youll work closely with the production team to meet daily goals and help keep the workflow smooth and efficient.

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
Operating production presses and machinery safely according to company protocols.
Pouring crumb rubber into molds and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly to assist in manufacturing.
Running press machines using dual-hand controls to ensure safe operation.
Removing finished products with hand tools after each press cycle.
Performing visual inspections to monitor product quality and identify defects.
Managing multiple presses (up to four) simultaneously to achieve daily production targets.
Making mechanical or process adjustments under supervisor guidance.
Stacking and palletizing finished products efficiently.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Tracking production counts and ensuring daily quotas are met consistently.
Working in warm manufacturing conditions while adhering to safety protocols.

What You'll Bring

A high school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and reliability.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform repetitive physical tasks.

Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required; motivated newcomers are encouraged to apply.
