What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
• Operating and monitoring plastic manufacturing machinery to maximize efficiency and output
• Setting up equipment, adjusting settings during production, and troubleshooting machinery issues to prevent downtime
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality and consistency standards, and reporting any machine malfunctions promptly
• Reviewing job orders to verify part numbers, quantities, and specifications to ensure accurate production
• Ensuring labels match job specifications and products are accurately transferred throughout the warehouse
• Assembling boxes and safely stacking products on pallets for shipping or storage
• Completing Production Verification sheets at the start and end of each shift and submitting them to your supervisor
• Following strict safety and sanitation guidelines to promote a safe workplace
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work area to support safety and productivity

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• A high school diploma or equivalent, or prior factory-related experience
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new equipment functions
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Safety training or familiarity with general safety protocols
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods without discomfort
