Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Exeter, NH to bring on Machine Operators and Utility Operators! These are full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities offering strong benefits, incentives, and overtime.

Shifts:

  • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

  • 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday, 12:30 AM – 7:30 AM

  • 2nd Shift Weekend: Two weekday shifts (2nd shift hours) + Saturday/Sunday 12:30 PM – 12:30 AM

  • 3rd Shift Weekend: Two weekday shifts (3rd shift hours) + Saturday/Sunday 12:30 AM – 12:30 PM


Pay: $20.00 – $26.00/hour (depending on role, shift, and experience)

Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to work in a clean room manufacturing environment. These positions involve operating and monitoring production equipment while ensuring high quality standards and strict adherence to process and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment with a keen focus on machine quality and performance

  • Foster a collaborative work environment with all team members and support staff through both written and verbal communication.

  • Document machine and attainment performance daily.

  • Conduct quality inspection finish product.

  • Engage in continuous improvement activities that align with Lean manufacturing principles.

  • Maintain 5S and safety standards across all work areas.

  • Troubleshooting minor mechanical issues.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Solid computer skills (email, Microsoft products)

  • Thorough attention to detail

  • Ability to effectively multitask

  • Excels in both independent and team environments

  • Strong understanding and adherence to process discipline

  • Preferred manufacturing experience

  • Able to stand for long period of time

  • Mechanical/ basic electrical preferred

Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
