Job Details
Position: Machine Operator Tier 1
Shift: 3rd Shift | Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Overtime: Mandatory OT every other Saturday
Location: Chanhassen, MN
Pay Rate: $26/hr on W2
Contract: 6 Months
Possibility of extension or full-time conversion based on performance and business needs
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machines
Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
Inspect products for quality
Maintain production and inventory logs
Prepare materials for production and shipping
Keep work area clean and organized
Support team members as needed
Follow safety procedures and work instructions
Requirements
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
Basic math and communication skills
Ability to use hand tools
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Work Environment
Manufacturing facility environment
Moderate noise level
Safety equipment required as needed
