Job Title: Machine Operator Tier 1 – 1st Shift
Location: Chanhassen, MN
Pay: $22/hr on W2
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM CST, Mon–Fri + mandatory OT every other Saturday
Duration: 6-month contract (possible extension/conversion based on performance)
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor production machines
• Perform quality inspections and minor machine adjustments
• Maintain production and inventory logs
• Prepare materials for production and assist with shop floor cleaning
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures
Requirements:
• US Citizen or Green Card Holder
• Basic computer, math, and hand tool knowledge
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

Position requires background check, MRPT clearance, and possible drug screening.
