Now Hiring Machine Operator

Location: Troy, OH

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Every shop needs someone to run the machines - and that's where you come in. As a Machine Operator, you'll keep production rolling while cashing steady paychecks.

Requirements:

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to prepare, operate, and monitor production equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to follow work instructions and production specifications
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift

Job Duties:

• Prepare machines for production runs
• Set up and regulate machines to maintain product specifications
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation throughout production
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report equipment concerns as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
• Support production goals and perform additional duties as assigned
