Pay Rate: $19.16 per hour

3rd Shift: 11:30 PM-7:30 AM

Machine Operator Requirements:

• Previous CNC machine operating experience is required.
• Prior machine operator or manufacturing experience in a production environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality inspection and accuracy.
• Proven record of excellent attendance and reliability.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and work in a physically active manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift 35-40 pounds throughout the shift.
• Safety-focused with the ability to follow manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
• Steel-toe boots/shoes and safety glasses required; company uniforms provided.

Machine Operator Job Duties:

• Operate injection molding and CNC production machines to manufacture high-quality components.
• Monitor multiple automated machines simultaneously to maximize production efficiency.
• Load metal cans and molding materials into production equipment.
• Produce wiper seals by forming metal components and molding them with specialized sealing materials.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections with close attention to detail.
• Identify and report equipment issues, quality concerns, or production defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
• Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Work overtime, including extended shifts and weekends, as required to support production demands.
