Machine Operator
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented candidates in Twinsburg, OH, for the position of Machine Operator. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn a new skill and grow in a manufacturing environment. No previous CNC experience is required, but mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
Join a specialty machine building company where you will receive on-the-job training to operate and set up various manual production machines. You'll contribute to producing precision metal parts, fixtures, and tools. This position offers daily hands-on work and the chance to develop valuable manufacturing skills in a supportive team environment.

Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: $21.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Operate various manual production machinery, unload/load machines, and set up parts
Work from blueprints, sketches, or broken parts
Calculate dimensions using measuring instruments
Install, align, secure, and adjust cutting tools and workpieces
Monitor feed and speed of machines to ensure quality
Turn, mill, drill, shape, and machine parts to specifications or samples
Measure, examine, and test completed products for defects
Deburr all surfaces of parts for conformance to specifications
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
Clean inside and outside of machines daily
Wear required company-provided protective gear such as hearing protection and safety glasses
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Experience in production or manufacturing environment (machining experience is a plus)
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to read a micrometer
Capable of performing calculations and calibration of machine and parts
Ability to follow instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in machining industry or manual machine operation
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED
Basic mechanical skills and aptitude for learning new machines
Other Requirements:
Ability to perform basic calculations and measurements
Must be able to lift and handle production parts
Must wear protective equipment when necessary
