We are currently seeking candidates to fill a Machine Operator role. This role is part of a career lattice where our employees get rewarded and recognized for cross training and learning new skills. Team Members will be cross trained based on various tasks in support of production operations.

What will you do in this role?

• Performs various tasks in support of production operations.
• Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
• Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Builds stable working relationships internally.
• Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Works under close supervision.
• Must learn and follow standardized work that has been created within assigned role
• Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
• Learning lean concepts, actively participate in process improvements
• Other duties consistent with the general nature and focus of the position and/or the goals and objectives of the department may be assigned.

What does it take to be successful in this role?

• Typically requires a HS or GED and equivalent relevant experience
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn ERP system

At Flexcon, we offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes base salary, healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision), life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, wellness programs, and tuition assistance. Based on region, the expected salary range for this position is $15.84-$26.40 an hour.
