The Impact You'll Make
As a Machine Operator at Danfoss, you will play a vital role in manufacturing high-quality components that support industries worldwide. The parts you produce help power essential systems in homes, businesses, and critical infrastructure. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining efficient and safe production lines. By ensuring each part meets our rigorous quality standards, you will help Danfoss provide reliable, energy-efficient solutions to our customers. You will join a collaborative team that supports one another and works with purpose, enabling you to develop your skills while making a meaningful impact every day.
We currently have the following shifts available:
3rd Shift Tuesday - Friday | 8:15 PM - 6:15 AM or 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM OR Monday - Friday | 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM
4th Shift - Friday - Sunday | 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Starting Pay: $17.50 - $18.55 per hour Shift Premium: $1.50 for 3rd shift Sign on Bonus - Up to $2500, based on Experience and Shift!
Employees qualify for benefits starting on their first day of employment, including medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) plans, tuition reimbursement, an annual bonus program, and paid parental leave for all parents.
