What You'll Do as the Machine Operator:- Follow daily and weekly production schedules to meet output targets
- Set up, adjust, and move packaging equipment as needed for production runs
- Operate machinery to run product efficiently and safely
- Package and box finished goods according to specifications
- Monitor product quality and perform quality control checks
- Perform basic inventory-related tasks to support production flow
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and communicate with supervisors regarding issues or concerns
What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Role:- Basic math skills for production and quality tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to follow production schedules, instructions, and procedures accurately
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and food safety compliance
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/food production environment and follow GMP standards
- Ability to perform physical job duties including lifting, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to work safely and follow all company safety and OSHA guidelines
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification and operate equipment as required #IndeedNorth
