We are seeking a motivated and reliable Machine Operator to join our team at Primero Staffing. As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes, assisting with various tasks related to machine setup, operation, maintenance, and quality control. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Setup and Operation: Set up and operate machinery according to established guidelines and procedures to ensure efficient production.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor machine performance, identify and troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal production.
Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are functioning correctly and safely.
Quality Control: Inspect products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet specified standards and requirements.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine operation, maintenance activities, and production output.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, supervisors, and managers to ensure smooth production operations and timely order fulfillment.
Training Participation: Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of machinery and production processes.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and operations is a plus.
Understanding of safety procedures and guidelines within a manufacturing setting.
