What You'll Do
Operate precision equipment to form micro-scale wire components Follow detailed blueprints and process documentation Use vision systems, micrometers, and microscopes to ensure accuracy Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and consistency Contribute to products used in: - Life-saving medical devices - Advanced aerospace systems - Critical defense and military applications
What We're Looking For
Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail Basic math and computer skills Ability to read and follow technical documentation Dependable, with a consistent work ethic High school diploma or equivalent (required) Prior manufacturing experience
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for long periods Fine motor skills for working with small components Lift/move up to 5 lbs regularly, up to 10 lbs occasionally
