Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Machine Operator for our manufacturing client in Waukesha, Wisconsin, to start immediately at $18.00+ per hour based on experience. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Operate wire cutting machinery and other manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Measure components accurately using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
• Read technical drawings and measurement tools to ensure quality standards
• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting as needed
• Work with the team to meet production goals and maintain safety protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a machine operator in manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with wire cutting machinery and general manufacturing equipment
• Ability to measure precisely and read technical drawings
• Physical ability to stand long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Reliable transportation and a team-oriented mindset

Skills

• Experience operating programmable wire cutters and CNC machines
• Knowledge of measurement tools like calipers and micrometers
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to distinguish colors
• Effective communication skills and safety-focused approach
