Machine Operator
Location: White, GA
Pay: $19.50 - $20.50 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time
Shift: 6:00AM - 6:30PM OR 6:00 PM 6:30 AM | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts

Production Operator Description
- Operate automated production equipment following standard operating procedures and production guidelines
- Monitor equipment performance, alarms, and production flow to help maintain efficient operations
- Perform visual inspections of wafers and production output to support product quality standards
- Complete routine equipment checks and end-of-shift operational tasks
- Handle raw materials, wafers, and production materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate MES and Production Order documentation and production records
- Track material usage, consumables, rework, and inventory movement throughout the production process
- Support smooth shift-to-shift communication and production handoffs
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas within a cleanroom manufacturing environment
- Work closely with Shift Leaders, Equipment Technicians, Engineering, and production teams to minimize downtime and support production goals
- Follow all safety, environmental, cleanroom, and PPE requirements at all times
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, production, or industrial experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and wear required PPE throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for up to 12 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Experience in semiconductor, solar, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing environments is a plus
- Familiarity with cleanroom or ISO-regulated environments preferred
