Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Williston ND Duration: 03+ Months Pay: $25.00/Hr $26.00/hr on W2 without benefits Shift: M-F; 8-5 Local. Need to be able to commute to the yard 6 days a week
Summary: The Machine Operator is responsible for helping provide safe, efficient and reliable product and service delivery to customers, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery. The Machine Operator ensures equipment is delivered on time and according to operational demands, and maintains shop and field equipment.
Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
Plan and execute maintenance activities for a designated location (outside of Technology Lifecycle Management activities).
Maintain equipment according to procedures, reporting problems or deviations.
Operate equipment according to procedures, competency levels and job requirement.
Identify opportunities to improve the service delivery process. * Participate in failure investigations when relevant.
Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
Assist Guide Lead in day to day operations
Inspect Guides for Porosity
Complete PMs for Night Crew
Pull Rods through Brush Table
Paint Rods after Molding has been completed
Education/Experience
High School Diploma or GED
No previous work experience required
