Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

1st, 2nd, + 3rd Shift Schedules Available

Machine Operator Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience preferred
• Tube mill, metal fabrication, or industrial production experience is a plus
• Overhead crane experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment
• Ability to read work instructions and follow standard operating procedures
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, and move materials
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced, noisy manufacturing environment
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Machine Operator Job Duties:

• Assist with the setup, operation, and monitoring of tube mill equipment
• Load raw materials and maintain a steady production flow
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine equipment cleaning, preventive maintenance, and minor adjustments
• Safely operate material handling equipment and overhead cranes when applicable
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and equipment records
• Monitor machine performance and report equipment or quality issues
• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and manufacturing guidelines
• Keep the production area clean, organized, and inspection-ready
• Support production goals by maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and product quality
