Pay & Benefits
- $19.50–$23.00 per hour
- $1.50/hr shift differential (3:00 PM–11:30 PM,11 PM-7:30 AM)
- Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours

Responsibilities
- Operate wire manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor production processes and perform quality inspections
- Record production data and measurements
- Communicate with team members across shifts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all quality and safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong attendance and safety mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Employment Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical
