Machine Operator

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM): $18.25/hr

Position Overview
Entry-level Machine Operator in a rubber manufacturing environment. No prior experience required, on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate rubber processing machinery (molding presses, extruders, mixers, grinders) under supervision
• Load raw materials and monitor processing cycles
• Inspect finished parts for quality and defects
• Report machine malfunctions to supervisors
• Follow safety protocols, wear required PPE
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation
• Assist with machine cleaning and basic maintenance
• Complete production logs
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required
• No prior experience needed, training provided
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable in a hot, industrial environment
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic
• Flexible for overtime when needed
• Reliable transportation required
